To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to deny future orders or refunds if you have already requested a refund previously.

I have purchased a license but have not downloaded Remnant yet.

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days after your purchase.

I have purchased a license and have downloaded Remnant already.

Before you can download Remnant, you must waive your right of withdrawal. This means the 14-day refund period no longer applies. If you are unable to use the product (for example, it crashes when you run it), you may contact us within 24 hours after downloading to receive a full refund.
